Subdomains & custom domains

DNS, verification, and SSL.

Overview

Your default URL looks like yourstore.storebee.app. Add a custom domain (e.g. shop.example.com) under Shop settings → Domain.

Open in dashboard →

Steps

  1. At your domain registrar, add the DNS record (CNAME or A) Storebee shows you.
  2. Enter the domain in the platform and click Verify.
  3. After verification, SSL is applied automatically (DNS can take 24–48 hours to propagate).

Tips

After DNS changes, test in an incognito window or clear cache before assuming it failed.
