Creating your account

Registration, sign-in, and password reset.

Overview

Create a merchant account, complete onboarding, then open the dashboard to run your store.

Steps

  1. On Create account, enter your name, email or phone, and password.
  2. In onboarding, choose your store name and subdomain (e.g. yourshop.storebee.app).
  3. Use Login anytime to return to the merchant dashboard.
  4. Forgot your password? Use Forgot password — a reset link is sent if email is on file.

Tips

Team members join via Staff → Invite (paid plan). Each person creates their own login — do not share the owner password.
